From the Customer, "I’ve been attempting to use the Tranzact portal but after putting in all the details, it kicks me out to the login screen. I log back in and I'm back to the quote, but when I try and click on the quote, it tells me it’s ‘In Progress’ and I’ll lose my quote by starting over."
Quotes are being created but doesn't look like they're being completed.
