Zayo network doesn’t show on the map. And many of your buildings that we know to be near net do not pull up either. It feels like you guys deleted most of the data set underlying TZ.

In the past when we deleted a contract term during the quoting process, we were able to modify the quote to bring back said deleted term option, in case the customer changed their mind. Now if a contract term is deleted, it stays deleted and if the customer changes their mind we have to create an entirely new quote. Wastes much time when we have a high volume of quote requests to produce. Please update so deleted contract terms can repopulate.

We used to be able to see Zayo fiber routes (internally) now we have not for months. When do we expect this to be resolved? Erik Garland - Zayo Senior Account Manager

When quoting IP-AGG, or other multi-site solutions users have to iteratively choose each demarc in Tranzact prior to quote creation. Demarcs at every site takes 15-30s to load, making it a time consuming process. As a user, adding an option to "Select Zayo Preferred Demarc" for all would simplify and streamline the quoting process for multi-site solutions. Since users are able to edit the demarc on the customize quote page, it allows them to submit in bulk at first and update/validate the demarc is correct.

callison@visitrenotahoe.com is unable to see invoices withing Tranzact, he has the correct permissions and I've troubleshoot with him a few times, but nothing is working, can someone please look into this?

Please remove the auto-pay for all BANs on the Boingo Wireless, Inc account. The customer is unable to update the payment source. This is weird because the customer, is the one who established the payment source and she is unable to add a new bank account. See screen shot attached. The hope is that if the auto pay is fully removed from all BANs the customer can start over with resetting auto pay. I log back in and I'm back to the quote, but when I try and click on the quote, it tells me it’s ‘In Progress’ and I’ll lose my quote by starting over." Quotes are being created but doesn't look like they're being completed.
