We used to be able to see Zayo fiber routes (internally) now we have not for months. When do we expect this to be resolved? Erik Garland - Zayo Senior Account Manager

jason.woo@verizon.com emailed in saying that the fibermap is unavailable, i know this issue has been ongoing, so i wanted to try here to get it fixed.

Zayo Fiber, Partner Fiber and KMZs are not visible to external customer users and only available to internal users if connected to VPN. Created zSM IT Ticket INC0031587 to track troubleshooting and issues.

Swap accounts are labeled Type: "Admin". These are removed from visibility in TZ so customers are unable to open NCC tickets or see any visibility to these services. Need to provide some way for customers to manage their swap networks as Zayo is still responsible for repairing and maintaining the networks.
