we are getting reports from the BDR team (Allison Lever and Tyrus Reid) as well as customers that our maps / visualizations are not working. There are inbound complains the BDR team is intaking due to this.

I have also not been able to see Fiber routes for the last few months when clicking "View Zayo Fiber" and "View Partner Fiber".

Erik, you just need to be logged into VPN and it should work. I've had similar issues last few months. But when on VPN it works every time.

This was reviewed yesterday by TZ Dev (SCBE). They're in the process of lauching an investigation. There are 2 ServiceNow tickets related to this issue in the pipeline: INC0028957 by Ryan Perdue and INC0029298 by Shadd Minchow. For reference, this issue is being covered under dev ticket #: SCBE-1886. I've added you as a stakeholder on the ticket.
