A location with Service_Capability__c.Preferred_Demarc__c set up for Ethernet and IP is not being recognized as the Preferred Demarc in Tranzact. Quote-18391882 Look at the CPQ JSON and find Preferred Demarc. Note that it is being read as PReferred Demarc = No Preferred Demarc Logic: The preferred demarc order should be set at the Service_Capability__c.Preferred_Demarc__c field first, then go by the Capability Type for the Product, then go by alpha-numeric Fl/Rm for the location.

Create a method of adding custom building lists that we can build special pricing for. Right now we are using the service capability building level and pricing tier as a data point for the CPQ to key off of. This is a data management issue, and doesn't work for off-net locations. We'd prefer to have something at the building level. Suggested method: Model the CPQ Plan Pricing Tier object that was previously used for zColo CPQ. This object has not been enabled for other products.

Customer complins that the Locations depicted in the trouble reporting page only reflect a single end of the service. Customers that have multiple services originating from a single location have to toggle back and forth to identify the correct circuit thay are reporting. This causes delays and inaccuracy, similar to swivel chairing during and outage. My customer would like the true Location1 and Location 2 addresses desplayed to ease identifying services that require investigation.

The "Email" button on the quote page does not work. Receive "email failed to send... Please try again" error. This button has not worked for several weeks/months.
