Look at the CPQ JSON and find Preferred Demarc. Note that it is being read as PReferred Demarc = No

Preferred Demarc Logic: The preferred demarc order should be set at the Service_Capability__c.Preferred_Demarc__c field first, then go by the Capability Type for the Product, then go by alpha-numeric Fl/Rm for the location.
