No Visibility to Swap Agreements

Swap accounts are labeled Type: "Admin". These are removed from visibility in TZ so customers are unable to open NCC tickets or see any visibility to these services. Need to provide some way for customers to manage their swap networks as Zayo is still responsible for repairing and maintaining the networks.

Scott Farrar Hi Scott, apologize for the delay in responding. We did deploy the field on account to show if the billing account is a swap account or not for TZ to show. However, we still need to work with sales ops to bulkload this new field. I'll reach out and follow up with them and will cc you in the email. Thanks!

Scott Farrar We got approval to add in fields to have this visible within TZ. I will have to defer to Dhira on the development piece and next steps there

Tim D'Costa Dhira Prasanti can we get an update on this? Several customers are asking for this and it's creating many issues downstream for them in managing their networks and working with our NCC.

Dhira Prasanti hey Dhira, we already have gotten confirmation from Billing that they will not change Account Type from Admin on Swap accounts in the chatter string below. We will need IT/Tranzact Dev case created to get these accounts/services added.
