Please remove the auto-pay for all BANs on the Boingo Wireless, Inc account. The customer is unable to update the payment source. This is weird because the customer, is the one who established the payment source and she is unable to add a new bank account. See screen shot attached.
The hope is that if the auto pay is fully removed from all BANs the customer can start over with resetting auto pay.
