The Zayo techs have been updating my trouble ticket and I have received no emails when they update my ticket. Circuit id OGYX/390628//ZYO - TTN-0007711644. Please fix ASAP. When updates are made to this ticket, I should be receiving the updates via my email that I have now provided many times. Margaret.Kelly@kyndryl.com

The issues was updates were being made as INTERNAL and not PUBLIC I found out when speaking to a 3rd level mgrs.

Hi Margaret, unfortunately, real-time notifications for ticket status updates won't be available until the end of the year.
