USers are presented with an error message when they try to create a new building in TZ, which is the best practice recommended by the business. I submitted this to zSM (INC0030555) and copying here per Jared Miller's request. See below
Both a sales rep and I are receiving errors when trying to create any new building in Tranzact. Let me know if this is a known issue or we're not following appropriate steps to create this? As of now, Big Data has created the building referenced below, due to our inability to self-serve.
